We designed our own embossed version of the Pacific Seacraft logo in CAD, then made this with the help of Brian's dad who does amazing woodworking... www.ltlwoodcreations.com
New cockpit table! The best thing is it fit perfectly. No jury-rigging. What a relief!
http://www.zarcor.com/ Thank goodness we found this little gem so Brian didn't have to make one.
EPIRB
I was so tired of climbing into and sliding out of the v-berth, I begged Brian to make me a step. This is perfect for a toe-hold. I personally think PSC should make this a permanent design addition!
Porthole covers
Companionway door. The new insert provides continuous ventilation.
Inside. Screen material was placed in between wood and vent.
Underside of step bolted to v-berth.
After years of sun, the original dorades sported a yellowish hue that looked like pee stain. I thought it would never come off. We didn't want to pay for new stainless replacements...
I used Magic Eraser cleaning pads coupled with Clorox paste. Although it took me two hours to clean both dorades, they look almost new.
Brian is great with our Sailrite sewing machine. He made this cover for our windlass.
Our old life throw was dirty, faded and fraying. Brian recreated the cover out of sunbrella.
The Froli. This plastic spring system makes for a much nicer sleep. We also like the fact that the cushions are raised a bit and hopefully won't be soaked in water if we get a leak. We got the Froli after our holding tank mishap.
